Tuore Star Wars: The High Republic -romaani Into the Dark tekee selväksi, että jeditkin voivat harrastaa seksiä, kunhan kyse on vain lihallisista iloista, eikä tunteita sotketa kuvioon.

Seksuaalinen kanssakäyminen on aina loistanut Star Wars -elokuvissa poissaolollaan, joten lienee turha odottaa Into the Darkin paljastuksen vaikuttavan Lucasfilmin tekemisiin millään tavoin.
