Dyyni-ohjaaja Denis Villeneuve saattaa tuoda ihmiskunnan pahimman painajaisen valkokankaalle

Denis Villeneuve on aikeissa ohjata vielä kolmannenkin Dyyni-elokuvan, mutta se ei ole ainoa projekti, joka ohjaajalla on työpöydällä tällä hetkellä.

Variety-lehden mukaan Denis Villeneuve neuvottelee Legendary-studion kanssa Dyyni: Osa kolmen lisäksi Annie Jacobsenin Pulitzer-finalisti Nuclear War: A Scenarion filmatisoinnista.

Jos Nuclear War: A Scenario -elokuva siirtyy tuotantoon, Villeneuve on mukana tuottajana, mutta ehkä myös ohjaajana.

Maaliskuun lopulla julkaistu tietokirja Nuclear War: A Scenario käy läpi sitä, mitä maapallolla tapahtuisi ydinsodan myötä. Englanninkielinen kuvaus kirjasta kuuluu seuraavasti:
